Sakrament Text-To-Speech Engine v. 1.0 is the first commercial version of speech synthesis for the Russian language.

Characteristics:

  • Used in text reading plug-in for Winamp and self-standing application «Agent»;
  • Provides basic functionality: transformation of text information into the synthesized speech;
  • Pronounces text using male and female voices;
  • Automatic inflexion;
  • Pitch changing feature;
  • Doesn't use SAPI. (It is able to work on computers where SAPI is not installed).
